Shipping:
Any item sold on InkyEyeBat.com™️ will be carefully packaged and shipped. We want your purchase to reach you safely as described. Most orders ship within 2 business days except for made to order items – please see listing info for individual processing times. We offer local pick-up from Aztec, NM by request and at this time only ship within the continental US. Otherwise we promise to extend fair weight-based rates starting at $3.65 (domestic) through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Orders with multiple items will be combined to utilize the lowest rate possible.
Bookstore:
Since we deal in vintage/collectible books, any used copies we offer are guaranteed to be those displayed in the photos for that specific listing. We endeavor to show you the condition of the item. They will be free of any liquid damage or pet/smoke odors & enclosed in protective sleeves. If you have questions or are looking for particular titles, contact inky@inkyeyebat.com.
Costumery:
Items tagged Inkygore™ and/or EyeBat Works™ are individually hand-crafted us in our own small workshop. They will be carefully packaged and shipped by us as well. Though we endeavor to process and ship orders ASAP, there can be a queue for these items (especially pre-orders, which are processed in the order they are received), so your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Due to production costs, we do not offer refunds on EyeBat Works™ custom latex masks as they are made to order. however, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order for a reversal of any prepayment by submitting a request to Inky@inkyeyebat.com.
Should you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to find a resolution.
